On December 17, 2020, the 2020 Shenzhen Innovation List Award Ceremony with the theme of "New Era, New Mission, New Responsibility" was successfully concluded at the Tian'an Yungu International Conference Center. TacSense has developed and owned the world's most sensitive and flexible tactile sensing technology, Flexible Ionized Sensing Technology (FITS). TAS pressure distribution system: TacSense's unique ultra-thin, flexible and bendable thin film array pressure sensor can accurately measure the contact pressure distribution of the contact surface, and the contact pressure of the entire contact surface can be displayed in the form of two-dimensional or three-dimensional color pressure distribution images, and the entire force process can be recorded. The pressure distribution data detected in real time can be automatically analyzed and exported for secondary data analysis or development.



TWS earphone pressure sensing solution: Based on its own intellectual property rights, TacSense has developed a true pressure detection system for TWS earphone buttons based on its own intellectual property rights of high-sensitivity, high-signal-to-noise ratio full-high sensitivity, and high-signal-to-noise ratio fully flexible ionized pressure sensor. This module can realize operations such as clicking, multi-clicking, long-pressing, gesture swiping, etc., to solve the pain points of mistouch, poor experience, complex integration and high cost in the existing solutions.


Wearable module: The smart wearable module (referred to as PS02 module) developed by TacSense can monitor the head, wrist and foot pulse signals in real time, and monitor vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure trends, and breathing, which is used for medical and health vital signs monitoring. The PS02 module can realize the measurement and analysis of arterial pulse and pulse, and realize all-weather monitoring of heart rate, respiration, and blood pressure trends. At the same time, based on the monitoring of the user's vital signs, the cardiovascular system related kinetic analysis and heart rate variability analysis (HRV) can be carried out, so as to obtain nervous system, emotion, fatigue analysis and other data. PS02 also has features such as high integration and all-silicone waterproof packaging.




Robot collision detection system: The robot collision detection system with built-in TacSense's unique flexible thin film sensor can not only play a role in safety contact and collision prevention, but also realize 360° collision detection on the outer wall of the robot, detection and reporting of collision position partition, detection and reporting of collision pressure, and recording of collision process. This solution provides important data for robot troubleshooting and routine maintenance. The intelligent robot collision detection system includes: intelligent safety contact edge and pressure acquisition circuit with built-in pressure sensing acquisition. It can be customized according to the actual application scenarios, requirements, pressure range, number of partitions, size, interface, etc.
